Jenn Cooke is an American actress born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she began modeling, singing, and acting. Her family moved to California and spent a few years there for her dad’s job, which allowed her to study acting from professional LA acting coaches, audition, and work in commercials at a young age. The Cooke family moved to Florida when Jenn was 15 which led to a natural pause in her on-camera acting pursuits. Fueled by her passion to perform, she and her sister (country music singer Ashley Cooke) spent those next few years exploring the magic of sibling harmonies and writing/singing music as a duo. The Cooke sisters both attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN and after Jenn graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, she took a corporate finance job in Dallas, TX. It didn’t take long before Jenn found herself spending her lunch breaks in the tech company’s internal studio doing voice-overs and on-camera training videos. This re-lit the storytelling fire inside of her and led to her getting back into scene study classes with local Dallas acting coaches, signing with a local agency, and working small acting jobs in Texas.

 

The pandemic brought Jenn back to Nashville with her family and opened the door to getting back into LA acting training via ZOOM. While continuing her online LA acting classes, Jenn worked on a multitude of projects in the Southeast. She made her television debut in a supporting role opposite Remy Ma in BET’s Big 50 - The Del Rhonda Hood Story in October 2021 and appeared in other independent feature films including The Beauty of Love, Tiptoe and Always A Winner.  Jenn also regularly acted in music videos and short films while living in Music City. In June 2022, Jenn made the move to Los Angeles and thanks to the wonderful world of self tape auditions & airplanes, she works as a bi-coastal actress in Atlanta, Nashville, and Los Angeles.

 

Aside from acting, Jenn works in tech recruiting, practices yoga, and takes every opportunity possible to be on the water (lake, ocean, pool, any of it!).
